- Support Oracle Cloud implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials applications, including AP, AR, GL, FA, and related modules
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configuration specifications
- Contribute to the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud SCM, AP, AR, GL, EPM, and related solutions
- Support process mapping activities, gap analysis, and configuration work based on industry and leading practices
- Work with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and validate system requirements and business processes
- Assist with data migration planning, validation, and execution from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud
- Participate in user training activities and provide ongoing support to clients post implementation
- Develop knowledge of Oracle's product updates, enhancements, and emerging capabilities
Requirements
- Graduated in the last 24 months (MBA not accepted)
- Experience using Generative AI and agentic AI tools to support documentation, workflow automation, requirement analysis, and knowledge retrieval
- Strong understanding of core finance functions, including AP, AR, GL, and FA
- Familiarity with Procurement and Supply Chain Management processes
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel effectively for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, enterprise platforms, and business domains
- Exposure to or familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, Maximo, or similar platforms) through coursework, internships, or projects
- Understanding of how to document business processes, capture requirements, perform gap analysis, and communicate findings

- As an Associate Oracle Package Specialist, you will support the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Cloud Implementation: Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials applications, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and related modules.
- Analyze and Translate Requirements: Help analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configuration specifications that align with client needs and best practices.
- Participate in Solution Design and Deployment: Contribute to the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud SCM, AP, AR, GL, EPM, and related solutions.
- Conduct Process Mapping and Gap Analysis: Support process mapping activities, gap analysis, and configuration work based on industry and leading practices.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and validate system requirements and business processes.
- Support Data Migration: Assist with data migration planning, validation, and execution from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
- Contribute to Training and Support: Participate in user training activities and provide ongoing support to clients post implementation.
- Stay Current with Oracle Technology: Develop knowledge of Oracle's product updates, enhancements, and emerging capabilities to support continuous learning and improvement.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Graduated in the last 24 months (MBA not accepted).
- Agentic and Generative AI: Experience using Generative AI and agentic AI tools to support documentation, workflow automation, requirement analysis, and knowledge retrieval.
- Business Process and Finance Fundamentals: Strong understanding of core finance functions, including AP, AR, GL, FA. Familiarity with Procurement and Supply Chain Management processes.
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel effectively for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting.
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze business problems, translate requirements into solutions, break down complex information, and propose logical approaches.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders, document requirements effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Curiosity and Learning Agility: Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies, enterprise platforms, and business domains.
