Role overview
Microsoft is recruiting for a Solution Engineer apprenticeship role focused on customer engagement, technical solution support, and product expertise.
The role contributes to technical wins, customer presentations, product demonstrations, and solution readiness with coaching from experienced colleagues.
Tomoh Apprenticeship
Tomoh is Microsoft's six-month paid training program for early-in-profession recruitment and employability development.
The program includes mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, real-life assignments, and globally recognized technical and professional certifications.
The program starts in January 2027 and is full-time for six months.
Program structure
- Phase one is a one-month onboarding and skilling bootcamp covering Microsoft's mission, culture, strategy, structure, certifications, project management, change management, interpersonal skills, creativity, innovation, and time management.
- Phase two is five months of on-the-job training as a Solution Engineer Intern, including customer engagement and digital transformation project support.
- Advanced training includes artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing.
