Drive strategy, performance, and executional excellence among Microsoft Channel Partners in Canada.
Manage and optimize a portfolio of partners aligned with Microsoft priorities and equipped to deliver customer success and innovation at scale.
The role operates across market opportunity, partner enablement, and business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with high-performing CSP partners.
- Drive CSA growth, co-selling opportunities, and market expansion through data-driven insights.
- Align sales, technical, and marketing resources to maximize partner impact and customer outcomes.
- Own portfolio results measured by revenue, customer acquisition, solution deployment, and partner satisfaction.
- Engage Channel Partner executives and communicate Microsoft’s value proposition internally and externally.
- Analyze market needs, optimize sales performance, and inform partner investments.
- Use business and financial analysis, including financial modelling and ROI assessment, to address partner opportunities.
- Apply maturity assessments to ensure solution delivery and customer experience standards are met.
