Role Overview
Solution Engineer apprenticeship role involving customer engagement, technical learning, product expertise, and supported technical wins.
Apprentices work on real-world projects with teams across Microsoft while developing technical and professional skills.
Tomoh Apprenticeship
Tomoh is Microsoft's Emiratization program focused on early-in-career recruitment, skilling, and Emirati employability.
The program provides mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, real-life assignments, and globally recognized technical and professional certifications.
Program Structure
- The paid program lasts six months and is full-time.
- Phase one is a one-month onboarding and skilling bootcamp covering Microsoft culture, technical certifications, project management, change management, interpersonal skills, creativity, innovation, and time management.
- Phase two is five months of on-the-job training as a Solution Engineer Intern.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers with coaching and shadow customer stakeholder interactions.
- Research customer context to build understanding and product expertise.
