Responsibilities
- Provide technical vision and direction to ensure the development team is aligned with the business strategy
- Take over technical responsibility for code quality, system security and the entire development being done on IT infrastructure
- Oversee the design and implementation of IT systems to ensure appropriate and cost effective solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and other technology specialists
- Manage the end to end lifecycle for the production of software and applications
- Coordinate with cross functional teams for the integration of new technology
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into system requirements
- Advise on and implement best practices for software development and documentation
- Maintain high levels of performance and reliability within the architecture
- Develop and maintain backend components using PHP Laravel
- Implement web solutions using React JS for seamless user interfaces
