• A bachelor’s degree or a high school degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, including tracking tasks and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to follow established procedures and apply SOPs to routine workflows.
• Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or tracking systems.

The salary range for this role is $60,000–$70,000/annually with a target compensation of $60,000 - $66,500/annually based on experience and qualifications.

Office Locations and a Remote Workforce

Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices in six different locations .

Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team.
