Solid experience in C, C++, Python programming and scripting languages

Experience working on Datapath/packet path, familiar with inline debugging using tools like gdb, real time environments.

Hands on experience in reproducing the problems, scale issues, trace backs, performance issues in a traffic scenario including memory corruptions and debug issues. Confident with GDB and many other debug and traffic generation tools.
Strong experience with managing customer expectations, working with multiple stakeholders including tech support, customer success and Sales.
Ability to manage customer sentiments, hold the fold, provide air cover for engineering and mature enough to articulate the status of the issue and maintain customer delight at all time.
Ability to work with internal stakeholders including engineering leaders/tech leaders and drive the resolutions with stipulated timelines, ability to push for the outcome and hold the line.
Experienced in triaging issues and assigning right severity and priority for the issues based on criticality and urgency and build relationship with stakeholders and manage the bandwidth in optimum fashion for engineering.
Complex Incident Resolution: Independently work on troubleshooting the most technically demanding or "politically hot" customer escalations, ensuring minimal business impact.
Engineering Interface: Act as a key technical link to engineering and customer support, providing detailed issue documentation and prioritizing bug reports for product improvements.
Deep-Dive Analysis: Use advanced debugging tools, Gen AI / ML capabilities, API flow analysis, and protocol analyzers (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump) to perform root cause analysis of sophisticated attacks or product failures.

Research of efficient security solutions, Design and Development of new features/enhancements towards securing web-based applications. Troubleshoot, fix, and test product issues to resolve complex problems.

Hands on experience with efficient Data Structures and Algorithms

Self-motivated, quick learner, excellent analytical skills and able to design and implement solutions individually
Basic knowledge of HTTP(s), various Web based standards, TCP/IP protocols, and networking is a must.
A good understanding and practical applications of AI/ML tools and models is preferred.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management etc.
Desired to have experience with Kubernetes and other orchestration platforms. Advantage for experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
