- Deep understanding of security concepts, attack techniques, and security standards
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Fluent English skills

- Software Security Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain security solutions and policies for the dating app
- Conduct security analyses, penetration tests, and code reviews to identify and address vulnerabilities
- Monitor systems for security incidents and proactively respond to potential threats
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate security aspects into the development process and ensure compliance with security requirements
- Conduct training and workshops for developers and staff to raise awareness of security practices
- Evaluate and select security tools and technologies to enhance the security infrastructure of the dating app
- Work closely with other teams such as the privacy team and customer service to ensure all security requirements are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software or information security, preferably in the mobile applications or digital platforms domain
- Deep understanding of security concepts, attack techniques, and security standards
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, and experience in developing secure code
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous
- German language skills are advantageous
- Fluent English skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous
