- Responsible for all human resources matters, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee retention
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals and values
- Conduct recruitment activities, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employees skills
- Manage performance evaluations, salary reviews, and employee surveys
- Resolve conflicts and manage employee complaints in accordance with company policies and local labor laws
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and personnel management
- Experience in recruitment, employee development, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English skills
- Proficiency in Arabic language is advantageous

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and personnel management.
- Experience in recruitment, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is advantageous.
- Fluent English skills; German language skills are advantageous.
