- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets
- Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in government and enterprise sectors
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signature
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and executive level discussions
- Collaborate with Pre Sales, Technical, Delivery, and Marketing teams to design winning customer solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
- Represent BlackStone eIT at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Travel within Saudi Arabia as required to meet customers and support business development

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Saudi market.
- Develop new business opportunities while managing strategic customer relationships.
- Ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software and technology solutions.
- Strong experience within the Saudi market and an established network within government and enterprise sectors.
- This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
- Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signature.
