Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets
- Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across government and enterprise sectors
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signature
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and executive level discussions
- Collaborate closely with Pre Sales, Technical, Delivery, and Marketing teams to design winning customer solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
- Represent BlackStone eIT at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Travel within Saudi Arabia as required to meet customers and support business development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B Software Sales
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the Saudi Arabian market OR UAE market
- Proven experience selling enterprise technology solutions (Digital Transformation, Software Development, System Integration, AI, IT Infrastructure, Network Connectivity, Cloud Solutions, Managed Services)
- Strong experience selling to Government entities and large Enterprise customers
- Demonstrated success in both new business development (Hunter) and account management (Farmer)
- Strong commercial negotiation and deal closing skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and responding to public and private sector tenders
- Fluent in Arabic and English

Position Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Saudi market by developing new business opportunities while managing strategic customer relationships.
- The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software and technology solutions, strong experience within the Saudi market, and an established network within government and enterprise sectors.
- This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of government and enterprise decision makers within Saudi Arabia OR UAE
- Experience working within a System Integrator (SI), Technology Consulting, or Software Company
- Strong understanding of the Saudi government procurement ecosystem and enterprise sales landscape
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar
