Software Platform Technical Architect

A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering with significant architecture ownership including experience influencing technical decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.

A minimum of 3 years designing enterprise-scale software or platform solutions as a Technical Architect including strong understanding of modern architecture patterns (micro-frontend frameworks, microservices, event-driven, API-first, domain-driven design).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Experience building or leading platform-grade capabilities (API platforms, integrations layers, workflow/automation platforms, shared services).

Strong experience with cloud-native architectures, managed cloud services, and container (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

Expertise in API and integration patterns (REST, gRPC, GraphQL, API gateways, OAuth2/JWT).

Experience with DevOps and platform engineering practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated deployments).

Familiarity with event-driven architectures, observability, monitoring, and operational readiness.

Understanding of Generative & Agentic AI concepts, including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and responsible AI considerations.

Experience or exposure to GenAI tools and platforms (e.g., enterprise copilots, LLM APIs, vector databases, RAG-based architectures).

Architecture or cloud certifications are a plus
