- Define User Experience Standards : Collaborate with designers and product managers to create a seamless, intuitive user experience for our customers.
- Drive Technical Excellence : Establish and enforce front-end development best practices, including code quality, testing, and scalability.
- Mentor and Grow the Team : Guide and mentor front-end engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with back-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of APIs and back-end services.
- Stay Ahead of Trends : Evaluate emerging front-end technologies and frameworks to ensure Binarly’s platform remains modern and competitive.
- Optimize for Performance : Monitor and improve front-end performance, ensuring a responsive and reliable user experience.
- 6+ years of front-end development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven ability to create and manage scalable, maintainable design systems.
- Experience building complex, data-rich web applications with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
- Familiarity with API integration and RESTful services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in cybersecurity or supply chain security domains.
- Familiarity with visualization libraries such as D3.js or Chart.js.
- Experience with WebSocket and real-time data streaming.
- Contributions to open-source front-end projects.
