Main objective
Design, develop, implement, and maintain software-based technology and products supporting the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the complete software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design through coding, testing, and support.
- Develop testable software that complies with coding standards and technical designs.
- Collaborate with technical teams on functional, non-functional, and technical design requirements.
- Work with corporate and support teams to understand business scenarios and create prototypes.
- Develop verification plans, establish quality procedures, implement unit tests, and resolve defects.
- Integrate software components and perform system integration testing.
- Prepare user manuals, product release documentation, and technical maintenance documentation.
- Provide post-go-live technical support and assess user feedback for future releases and fixes.
- Meet productivity, defect density, and system performance KPIs.
- Maintain repositories and follow coding, documentation, and development best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience with the stated qualifications.
- Fluent English communication.
