Key responsibilities

• Communicate with client project stakeholders about project status and recommendations.
• Develop efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure and high-quality client code.
• Participate in planning, estimation, requirements gathering and feature presentations.
• Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and managers to understand user needs and iterate on solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and governance activities.
• Mentor engineers through Communities of Practice or project teams.
• Drive delivery within defined architecture from conceptualisation through deployment.
• Build and ship capabilities for onboarding, coach rosters, match attendance and club administration.
• Translate design tokens and wireframes into responsive web, iOS or Android component layouts.
• Implement idempotent notification triggers and delivery tracking across Push, SMS and WhatsApp.
• Build offline-safe client view models using unique idempotency keys.

Minimum qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience or expertise.
• Expertise in Node.js, React, React Native, mobile applications, Docker and Postgres.
• Proven experience developing microservices and setting up local environments.
