Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
  • Ensure teams collaborate efficiently to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering team progress.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver products and solutions on time.
  • Ensure teams follow the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Skills and Tools

  • Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile frameworks, techniques, technical concepts, and industry trends.
  • Experience with Agile planning and development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and resolve conflicts.

Certifications

  • Certified Scrum Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, or an equivalent certification.
