Post-Transaction Team
The team owns systems and processes that operate after an Affirm Card transaction settles.
Its systems maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve issues in coordination with card issuing, transaction processing, and money movement teams.
The role supports customer-facing resolutions and timely communications while solving engineering challenges at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Break projects into tasks, deliver work in phases, and collaborate to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on ideation, constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
- Monitor metrics, escalate issues, and support artifact availability and on-call operations.
- Participate in team growth and development activities, including interviews.
