Position Overview
Lead the enhancement, maintenance, and continuous evolution of enterprise mobile applications built with Flutter.
Deliver stable, scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile solutions across Android and iOS platforms.
Mobile Application Development
- Develop and enhance enterprise mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Design new features and deliver reusable, scalable, responsive, accessible, and high-performing interfaces.
- Integrate mobile applications with Microsoft Azure services and enterprise backend systems.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, SSO, Azure AD, and Azure B2C.
- Design and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Manage development, QA, UAT, and production configurations and mobile store releases.
- Resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, crashes, and production issues.
- Monitor application health with observability, crash reporting, analytics, Application Insights, and Firebase Crashlytics.
- Apply OWASP Mobile Security practices, secure storage, encryption, certificate pinning, and secrets management.
- Improve code quality through refactoring, reviews, and unit, widget, integration, and automated testing.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart and experience with enterprise-grade cross-platform mobile applications.
- Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns, state management, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, environment management, and release governance.
- Experience with OAuth2, JWT, SSO, secure API communication, OWASP Mobile Security, encryption, and certificate pinning.
- Experience with mobile performance optimization, memory management, crash diagnostics, profiling, and monitoring platforms.
- Advanced Git knowledge and collaborative development, code review, quality assurance, and automated testing practices.
Preferred Skills
- Flutter flavor-based builds, Docker, SonarQube, static code analysis, and automated quality assurance tools.
- Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar observability platforms.
- Geolocation, geofencing, maps, location-based services, mobile payments, QR or barcode scanning, and ticketing systems.
- Experience with large-scale, high-traffic consumer applications.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional mobile application development experience.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade Flutter applications and integrating them with Microsoft Azure services.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, multiple releases, platform upgrades, modernization, refactoring, migration, and enterprise-scale integrations.
- Experience in digital transformation, enterprise mobility, hospitality, entertainment, retail, government, or public-sector projects.
