- Promote web applications using Angular, C#/.NET, and SQL Server
- Design and implement APIs, business logic, and data models
- Build responsive, user friendly front end interfaces
- Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and work item management
- Troubleshoot issues across the application stack and optimize system performance
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, and other partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support agile planning activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Provide informal technical leadership by mentoring peers and sharing best practices
- Support and comply with all plant safety procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Angular (v8), SQL Server and relational database design
- Proficiency in C#/.NET Core and API development
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience developing applications used in manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments

About the Role
- As a Full Stack Software Engineer with PPG your expertise in Angular, C#/.NET, SQL, and Azure DevOps will contribute to the success of this team.
- You will develop scalable web applications across the full technology stack.
- You will collaborate with teams to provide high‑quality solutions that support our needs and improve system performance.
- Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Systems Manager, you will work on site at our facility in Delaware, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote web applications using Angular, C#/.NET, and SQL Server.
- Design and implement APIs, business logic, and data models.
- Build responsive, user friendly front‑end interfaces.
- Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and work item management.
- Troubleshoot issues across the application stack and optimize system performance.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
- Follow established software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change‑management processes.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, and other partners to understand our requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support agile planning activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Provide informal technical leadership by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and promoting coding standards.
- Display a customer‑focused mindset, always considering ease of use, safety, and operational impact.
- Support and comply with all plant safety procedures, including required training and PPE expectations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Angular (v8), SQL Server and relational database design.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET Core and API development.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing applications used in manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments.
