- Paint or coatings experience is required
- Familiarity with CRM databases
- Bi lingual in French and English would be advantageous
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Valid passport for occasional U.S. based company trainings

Position Overview
- As a Commercial Territory Manager, you will be accountable to develop profitable new Light Industrial Coatings business for the Automotive Refinish group.
- You will work in partnership with the assigned Territory Managers, Architectural stores and Architectural dealers using our Light Industrial Coatings distributors to accomplish growth goals.
- You will report to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager and will focus your time on industrial sales growth and account maintenance. Territory coverage includes Eastern Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct and distributor sales within the territory.
- Be the PPG Commercial Coatings' primary representative and technical resource.
- Prospect and convert new leads; develop distribution network.
- Train and support distributors to improve performance.
- Collaborate on sales strategies and lead joint customer visits.
- Use CRM and deliver product training and presentations.
- Develop SOPs and monitor competitors.
- Manage expenses and maintain ethical, customer focused sales.
- Handle multiple sales opportunities and coach partners.
- Communicate across all customer levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or technical discipline preferred, or equivalent sales experience.
- 2+ years of previous experience in commercial territory management.
- Paint or coatings experience is required.
- Familiarity with CRM databases.
- Bi lingual in French and English would be advantageous.
- Travel will be 50% within assigned territory a valid driver's license and clean driving record is needed.
- A valid passport for occasional U.S. based company trainings.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 CAD per year.
- Eligible to participate in the position's sales incentive plan.
