The role is an experienced Full Stack Developer position focused on modernizing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications.
The developer will use .NET, Angular, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development practices to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
The position covers software engineering, DevOps, containerization, enterprise authentication, payments, and integrations.
Application modernization
- Upgrade and migrate legacy .NET applications to current .NET versions.
- Modernize and refactor Angular applications to supported releases.
- Review architecture, code quality, performance, technical debt, and legacy components.
- Ensure modernization work follows secure coding standards and industry best practices.
Development and cloud delivery
- Develop backend services with .NET Core, .NET 6+, and C#.
- Build modular frontend applications with Angular.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, reusable components, and common frameworks.
- Deploy and optimize workloads on Azure and manage containerized applications with AKS.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Support monitoring, disaster recovery, high availability, and scalability.
Security and integrations
- Implement OWASP-aligned secure coding, authentication, authorization, vulnerability remediation, and least-privilege access.
- Integrate smart city platforms, enterprise solutions, payment gateways, transactional workflows, and IoT-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and third-party service providers.
- Support secure and compliant payment processing and data exchange.
Required experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of full stack development experience.
- Proven delivery of enterprise-grade .NET and Angular solutions.
- Experience modernizing legacy .NET and Angular applications.
- Experience deploying Azure solutions and managing Kubernetes or containerized applications.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, enterprise integrations, authentication frameworks, and API development.
Technical skills
- Required backend technologies include .NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
- Required frontend technologies include Angular 10+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design.
- Required API and security technologies include REST, OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, API gateways, SAML, MFA, Azure AD or Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, and Identity Server.
- Azure services include App Services, AKS, API Management, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, SQL Database, Key Vault, Functions, Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Engineering practices include unit testing, integration testing, test automation, code reviews, secure SDLC, Agile, Scrum, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Payment and enterprise domains
The role includes payment gateway integrations such as NI Payment Gateway, Dubai Pay, and banking payment gateways.
The role supports smart city, IoT, enterprise integration, transaction workflow, and payment-processing compliance requirements.
