What You’ll Do
Collaborate with decision scientists to enable and optimize AI/ML workflows through data engineering and platform support.
Support distributed data jobs, contribute to application development practices, and participate in Agile delivery cycles.
Help migrate existing data and applications to cloud platforms and contribute to Databricks solutions for analytics at scale.
Role Responsibilities
- Support Spark, Hive, and Hadoop jobs through troubleshooting, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Gather requirements for platform and application enhancements and work with the team to implement them.
- Review designs, provide feedback, and contribute to successful sprint delivery.
- Support cloud migration across AWS, Azure, Databricks, or GCP.
- Learn and contribute to Databricks solutions supporting data science and analytics.
About You
- Have 3 or more years of software development experience in a scalable, distributed, or multi-node environment.
- Be proficient in Scala, Python, or Java and comfortable building data-driven solutions at scale.
- Be familiar with Apache Spark and exposed to Hadoop, Hive, or related big data technologies.
