Role Overview
Support privacy operations and program initiatives across Epsilon’s products, platforms, and business operations.
The role partners with security, procurement, and product teams to deliver privacy program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support planned privacy projects and ad hoc program efforts.
- Improve operational efficiency using internal AI tools and process enhancements.
- Develop training, project update, and internal communication materials.
- Execute third-party risk management, data subject requests, and data inventory maintenance.
- Assess privacy requirements and support compliance with global privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using OneTrust; certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
- Five years of experience in a consultative or senior professional role.
- Strong collaborative team orientation.
