Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, configuration, and deployment of OBDX modules aligned with business and digital banking requirements.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and vendor teams to deliver end-to-end digital banking solutions.
- Manage environment setup, release deployments, system upgrades, and production cutover activities.
- Integrate OBDX with core banking, payment, middleware, authentication, and third-party systems.
- Execute validation, SIT/UAT support, defect management, data migration verification, and production readiness assessments.
- Provide L2/L3 production support within defined SLAs.
- Monitor application health, interfaces, APIs, batch jobs, and performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvement.
- Support change, release, and problem management, including rollback coordination and post-implementation reviews.
- Support other banking and enterprise applications as required.
Required Skills
- Experience implementing OBDX and integrating it with satellite systems using SOAP, REST, and Kafka.
- Experience with Kubernetes containers.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, PL/SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with customer-facing websites, specifically OBDX.
Additional Experience
- Experience implementing OBDX solutions for Trade Finance business functions is an added advantage.
