Job Summary
Translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs.
Deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions across computing environments.
Work with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, or modify integrated business and enterprise application solutions using component-based application design and coding.
- Test applications with test-driven and behavior-driven development frameworks.
- Conduct root cause analysis and participate in code reviews.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery processes with DevOps automation tools.
- Build and publish reusable libraries to improve team productivity.
- Implement and maintain complex business and enterprise software solutions for deployment.
- Solve technical problems so solutions are testable, maintainable, and efficient.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch, including object-oriented programming knowledge.
- At least 2 years of experience developing REST-based services.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- At least 1 year of experience implementing solutions through software development life cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience building microservices.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, databases, and data streaming such as Kafka.
- At least 2 years of experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Gradle, Sonar, Jenkins, or JFrog.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Karate, or Cucumber.
- Exposure to PCI-DSS and secure coding best practices.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban.
