Must-Haves:

3–7 years of IT experience, with 3+ years in software development

Proficiency in at least one OOP language — C#, VB .Net, X++, or Java

Working knowledge of shell scripting (PowerShell or Bash)

Experience with code repositories such as Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps

Strong communication skills — you can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

A tenacious, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
