Role Overview
Remote contract role for a Senior Software Engineer working on scalable software solutions.
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying software while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The project focuses on building scalable and secure applications to support business growth.
Compensation
- Payout is $50-$100 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of software systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues affecting reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on scope and deliverables.
- Optimize codebases for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and distributed systems.

- The role is remote and allows work from anywhere.
