Compensation
- Contract payout is $50-$100 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead software-system architecture and implementation.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Resolve complex technical issues affecting reliability and performance.
- Define project scope and deliverables with product managers and stakeholders.
- Optimize codebases for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and distributed systems.
