Role Overview
The developer will join QRT's growing Regulatory Reporting function within the Compliance team.
The role works with business, compliance, and IT teams to maintain regulatory reporting integrity and deliver complete, accurate data to regulators on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop regulatory reporting systems and controls.
- Develop and integrate automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Assess regulatory reporting risks and developments and implement regulatory changes.
- Collaborate across functions to support regulatory compliance and improve compliance technology.
- Maintain and optimize existing regulatory reporting systems.
- Develop data validation and quality assurance processes.
- Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support for regulatory technology and address stakeholder queries.
Required Skillset
- Polyglot developer with at least 8 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Python is essential.
- Understanding of SQL and experience working with databases.
- Experience designing frameworks and tools from scratch.
- Knowledge of financial derivative products.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Understanding of modern software architecture and cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
