Role Overview
The Manager, Software Development leads a team developing and maintaining medical imaging solutions for healthcare providers.
The role combines technical leadership, people management, software delivery, compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop software developers through coaching, mentorship, performance management, and career development.
- Drive delivery of roadmap features while maintaining engineering, architectural, testing, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and R&D teams on requirements and delivery.
- Establish processes for code review, testing, traceability, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Contribute to architecture, technical strategy, emerging technology evaluation, and development process improvement.
- Evaluate agentic AI tooling and integrate it into an auditable software development lifecycle.
