Requirements
- 2–4 years building and operating production software, with real ownership of at least one module or service.
- Strong fundamentals in [Java / Spring Boot] and [SQL / relational data modelling].
- System design ability — you can defend your choices and name what you traded away.
- Strong debugging instincts on live systems, under pressure.
- Clear technical writing; your design docs should be readable outside your immediate team.
- Calm, structured communication and the habit of anticipating problems rather than reacting to them.
- AI -native developer experience- familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
