Position Overview
FUJIFILM Electronic Materials is seeking a Software Automation Engineer for its Mesa, Arizona facility.
The role supports automation, data integrity, process coordination, and communication across systems, business units, and time zones.
The engineer will manage Certificate of Analysis and Electronic Certificate of Analysis systems in a complex multi-system environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update systems while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with customer specifications and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate COA-related changes through approval, development, testing, deployment, and go-live stages.
- Manage customer notifications for first batch reporting, batch tagging, COA setup, and Advanced Shipping Notifications.
- Maintain complete specifications, mapping tables, batch tagging, and test batch documentation.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, IT, Sales, Material Master, and third-party vendors.
- Automate data flows between SAP, LIMS, and third-party vendors using IDOCs and customized outbound file templates.
- Identify process improvements and system enhancements that improve efficiency and data integrity.
