- Conduct home visits and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns

- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings (e.g., student support team, behavior intervention committees)
- Respond promptly to crises involving students or families (e.g., abuse, neglect, mental health issues)
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in social work, preferably in a school setting
- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies
- Strong counseling and crisis intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records.
- Prepare reports, assessments, and documentation as required by school policy or external agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies accordingly.
