Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, intervention, and family support services.
- Strengthen school-home collaboration and help families access community resources.
- Address social, emotional, and environmental factors that may affect learning, attendance, and wellbeing.
- Support safe, supportive, and nurturing home environments that help students thrive at school.
- Work with students, families, teachers, and external agencies.
School context
- The role is based within a supportive, inclusive, and growing school environment.
- The school is located on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
Practice requirements
- Support safeguarding, inclusion, and student-centered practice.
- Work in accordance with Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge guidance and relevant UAE child protection laws.
