The School Social Worker will support the academic success, emotional wellbeing, and social development of students from FS1 to Year 13.
The role provides assessment, intervention, and family support services in partnership with students, families, teachers, and external agencies.
Key Focus Areas
- Strengthen collaboration between the school and students' homes.
- Help families access community resources.
- Address social, emotional, and environmental factors that may affect student learning, attendance, and wellbeing.
