Responsibilities
- Manage and execute organic social media strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, TikTok
- Own publishing, scheduling, optimization, and performance of CEO's personal social media channels
- YouTube channel management including SEO optimization and audience retention analysis
- Podcast distribution, promotion, and audience growth across platforms
- Repurpose long form content into platform specific formats (Shorts, Reels, etc.)
- Develop platform specific content strategies to maximize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with designers and editors for content optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance
- Track key performance metrics including views, watch time, engagement rate
- Stay up to date with platform trends and algorithm updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or related field
- 3+ years of social media management experience
- Proven experience managing executive or personal branding accounts
- Experience managing YouTube channels, podcasts, and multi platform campaigns
- Experience with paid social advertising across major platforms
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer
- Expertise in YouTube Studio, analytics, audience retention, CTR optimization
- Experience in publishing and scaling podcast content across multiple platforms
- Understanding of short form video trends and optimization techniques

Education & Experience

- Excellent content planning, scheduling, and campaign management skills
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Hands on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Expertise in YouTube Studio, analytics, audience retention, CTR optimization
- Experience in publishing and scaling podcast content
- Understanding of short form video trends and optimization
- Ability to write compelling hooks, titles, captions, and CTAs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional, mature, confident personality suitable for working with senior leadership
