- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and drive actionable recommendations for improvement
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial policies
- Lead external and internal audits, and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital efficiency, and all banking and treasury activities
- Assess investment opportunities, financial risks, and cost optimization strategies to support business growth
- Strengthen financial controls, enhance governance frameworks, and improve accounting processes
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring high standards of accuracy, accountability, and timely reporting
- Support strategic initiatives by developing financial models, business cases, and data driven insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial strategies, accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software (e.g., Zoho and QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
