Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footages into polished, high quality videos
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, and other video/audio editing tools for enhancement and effects
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and branded visual elements to enhance podcast videos
- Perform audio enhancement, including noise reduction, audio synchronization, equalization, and sound optimization
- Edit podcast episodes and repurpose long form podcast episodes into engaging short form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Apply professional color correction and color grading to maintain a consistent, high quality visual style
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative editing techniques
- Leverage AI powered editing tools and workflows to improve editing efficiency, quality, and turnaround time
- Collaborate with the creative team for content strategy, ideation and creation
- Review final edits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of video content
Requirements
- Proven 4+ years of experience as a Video & Audio Editor with a strong portfolio
- Experience in Podcast production is mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, and other professional editing software
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI tools to improve editing speed, content quality, and production workflows
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Education & Experience
