Smart HomeKit Networks seeks a creative Social Media Specialist to manage social media presence, create engaging content, and generate leads for smart home, networking, security, and interior design solutions.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and captions related to Smart Home Automation, CCTV, ELV Systems, Wi Fi Solutions, Networking, Access Control, Audio Systems, and Interior Design services
- Visit project sites, showrooms, and completed installations to capture high quality photos and videos for marketing purposes
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and company events
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and interior design teams to highlight ongoing projects, customer success stories, and new solutions
- Manage customer engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend new content ideas and marketing strategies
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all digital platforms
Requirements
- Experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Experience working with technology, smart home, construction, interior design, or ELV companies preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and current social media trends
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar design and video editing software
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and current social media trends.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar design and video editing software.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills
- Photography and videography experience, particularly for project installations and product showcases.
- Experience creating short form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of smart home technology, CCTV, networking, or home automation systems.
- Experience with influencer marketing and digital advertising campaigns.
- Basic graphic design and motion graphics skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is a plus for visiting project sites and client locations.
