Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive with a strong background in IT sales, ELV systems, and home automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in outdoor sales, client handling, and generating new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, technical understanding of ELV and IT systems, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities for ELV, networking, and smart home solutions.

Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site inspections.

Promote and sell products and solutions including:

Structured Cabling

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.

Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Must have experience in IT, ELV, or home automation sales.

Strong knowledge of ELV systems and networking solutions.

Experience in outdoor/field sales is mandatory.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.

Familiarity with UAE market and project sales environment.

Valid **UAE driving** license is required.

Preferred Skills

Technical understanding of smart home systems and network infrastructure.

Experience with brands related to CCTV, automation, and networking solutions.

Ability to read project requirements and coordinate with technical teams.

Strong customer relationship management skills.
