About the Role
We are hiring a motivated Junior Accountant (Female) to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist with reporting and reconciliation. Fresh graduates are welcome, and familiarity with Zoho system is preferred.

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records
- Record and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Perform bank and vendor statement reconciliations
- Assist with invoice preparation, receipts, and payment follow ups
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Support senior accountants during audits and financial reporting
- Carry out additional accounting tasks as assigned

- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage

Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Junior accountant to join our finance team. The selected candidate will support day to day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reporting and reconciliation activities.
