Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Create, edit, and schedule content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify engagement opportunities
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Assist in managing paid social media campaigns when needed
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation
- Strong knowledge of social platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite), and analytics
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Creativity with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently
- Experience working in Real Estate industry or Marketing Consulting space (mandatory)
