Responsibilities
- Design high quality marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, company profiles, banners, signage, infographics, and other print and digital materials
- Create engaging creatives for digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Design website graphics, landing page assets, email marketing creatives, and UI visuals where required
- Develop social media creatives including static posts, carousels, stories, and campaign visuals
- Create motion graphics, animated advertisements, GIFs, and short promotional videos for digital campaigns and social media
- Perform basic video editing, including adding animations, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and audio enhancements
- Ensure all creative assets adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in corporate or agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print design, digital marketing creatives, and visual communication
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing

Key Responsibilities Creative Design
- Design high quality marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, company profiles, banners, signage, infographics, and other print and digital materials.
- Create engaging creatives for digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Design website graphics, landing page assets, email marketing creatives, and UI visuals where required.
- Develop social media creatives including static posts, carousels, stories, and campaign visuals.
- Design branding materials for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities Motion Graphics & Multimedia
- Create motion graphics, animated advertisements, GIFs, and short promotional videos for digital campaigns and social media.
- Perform basic video editing, including adding animations, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and audio enhancements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging multimedia content that enhances audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities Brand Management
- Ensure all creative assets adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Contribute creative concepts and design ideas to strengthen the company's visual identity.
Key Responsibilities Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print design, digital marketing creatives, and visual communication.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI powered creative tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield) is a plus.
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, composition, and layout design.
- Good knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
- Ability to develop creative concepts aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem solving skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross functional team.
Pay
- Pay: AED8,000.00 AED10,000.00 per hour
