- Oversee strategic planning and management of company's account matrix across Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Develop high impact topics, monitor industry trends and competitor activity, and produce weekly topic libraries and scripts
- Manage on set logistics, design shot sequences, liaise with guests, and control lighting and visual aesthetics
- Conduct post performance reviews of key metrics and use data insights to refine content strategy
- Develop strategies for growing follower counts, optimizing ad spend, and driving private domain conversions
- Handle account updates, community engagement, ad placements, comment moderation, and website content maintenance
Requirements
- 2 3 years of multi platform operations experience
- Deep understanding of domestic and international platform algorithms and live streaming guidelines (especially TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Video Accounts)
- Exceptional writing ability and visual storytelling skills
- Results oriented with focus on conversion outcomes
- Strong cross departmental coordination skills
- International aesthetic perspective and understanding of overseas markets, especially Dubai and Middle East

Role Overview
- STAMN Real Estate Development LLC is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross Platform Management: Oversee strategic planning and management of account matrix across Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
