About the Role
STAMN Real Estate Development seeks a Property Sales Consultant to promote and sell residential and commercial projects in Dubai. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with brokers, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's residential and commercial property projects
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct clients, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and channel partners
- Regularly visit and engage with brokers to introduce new projects, provide updates, and strengthen partnerships
- Coordinate broker registrations, commission documentation, and follow up on broker inquiries
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours for clients and brokers
- Follow up with prospective buyers and brokers to maximize sales conversion
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales agreements within company guidelines
- Maintain accurate customer and broker records in the CRM system
- Prepare quotations, booking forms, reservation documents, and sales reports
- Work closely with the marketing team to support property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property or real estate sales
- Experience working with real estate brokers and channel partners is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Good understanding of the local property market and sales processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license is an advantage
