Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and reports
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow up on action items
- Serve as primary communication bridge between Director and Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Translate documents, emails, contracts, presentations, and reports between English and Mandarin Chinese
- Provide interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and conference calls
- Draft professional correspondence in both English and Chinese
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
- Track project milestones, approvals, submissions, and deadlines
- Monitor project documentation and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual Personal Assistant (Chinese Speaker) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Development Department Director.
- The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the Director, internal departments, Chinese speaking stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
