THE ROLE

  • We are hiring one person to own two connected brands: the founder's personal brand and the group institutional brand (Universali).
  • Platforms: LinkedIn (grow), Instagram (grow), X (build from zero).
  • You are the editor in chief of that fleet: you set the editorial line, brief and correct the agents, kill weak output, capture the founder's voice, and decide what actually ships.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Turn business objectives into measurable social targets — qualified inbound (partners, investors, talent) and share of voice — and read the numbers weekly.
  • Run the weekly editorial cycle for founder + Universali accounts: agenda, agent briefs, review, publish.
  • Direct and edit short form founder content (talking head, event capture, behind the scenes).
  • Build the X presence from zero: voice, cadence, engagement strategy.
  • Maintain the content compliance workflow: every post touching our platforms, assets or investment topics goes through the approval gate before publishing.
  • Report monthly to the Chairman with the strategic read behind the numbers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Dubai.
  • Demonstrable daily AI fluency — you already run your workflow through LLMs and AI video/image tools.
  • 2+ years managing social channels for brands or clients — not your personal profile.
  • Portfolio with numbers: what you ran, where it started, where it landed.
  • Operational command of LinkedIn and short form video (formats, insights, hooks, retention, community management).
  • Copywriting in fluent English (all screening is in English).
  • Ability to run multiple accounts in parallel without dropping threads: batching, editorial calendar, priorities.

NON NEGOTIABLE RED LINES

  • You never publish content that solicits investment, promises returns, or characterizes any product as an investment opportunity.
  • All product and asset related content passes legal/compliance review before going live.
  • Brand content educates and positions; it does not sell securities.
