About the Role

  • Elchai Group is looking for an Enterprise Sales Developer to help expand our AI, automation, and digital transformation services across the UAE and international markets.
  • You will identify potential clients, conduct discovery meetings, deliver solution presentations, and support the sales process from qualification through commercial discussions.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative B2B sales and building long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective B2B clients
  • Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking channels
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of AI and automation solutions
  • Understand client challenges and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams
  • Support proposal preparation and commercial discussions
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, technology sales, SaaS sales, or consultative selling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
  • Ability to build relationships with decision makers and executives
  • Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Self motivated and target driven

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling AI, software, automation, technology services, or digital transformation solutions
  • Understanding of enterprise workflows and business operations
  • Existing professional network within the UAE market is a plus
