Overview
- Position: Sales Developer, Branch B — AI Ops Sprint, OpenClaw. Location: Dubai, UAE, on site only. Type: full time. Experience: minimum three plus years.
- Role: sell the fourteen day AI Ops Sprint, priced at fifteen thousand dollars, to GCC family offices. Leads and qualification come from OpenClaw's own AI agents, so this is not cold outbound — it's converting warm, pre qualified leads into signed sprints.
Requirements
- Non negotiable requirement: real, working understanding of AI agent systems — what an automated CRM does, how a lead gets qualified, why a family office should trust an AI run process.
- Candidate must be able to explain this in their own words, not just recite it.
- Preferred background: sales experience in AI, SaaS, or fintech products sold to family offices or high net worth individuals; comfort with technical products where the buyer needs education, not just persuasion.
Selection Process
- Standard screening, then a live twenty minute practical test — hand them a sample OpenClaw lead profile and ask them to walk through, out loud, how they'd qualify it and pitch the sprint.
- If they can't reason through it live, they can't sell it live to a client either.
