Role Overview
- Full Digital Ownership: responsible for entire digital ecosystem including Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), and TikTok.
- The 'Face' of the Clinic: digital ambassador appearing in videos, presenting services, and humanizing the clinic.
- Creative Execution: one person creative team designing all flyers and marketing collateral, filming and editing all social media videos.
- Zoho CRM Management: sole manager of this system being set up for the first time.
Working Terms & Compensation
- Probation period (2 months): Salary 2500 AED per month, 6 days per week (5 in office, 1 home office with own laptop).
- Permanent contract (after probation): Salary 2,500 – 4,000 AED per month based on performance and lead generation results plus commission.
- Schedule: 6 days per week (5 in office, 1 home office).
